7 WEEK CHAKRA SERIES
Join Michelle for a seven week series through the chakra system. Chakra is the Sanskrit word for wheel and refers to the spinning energy centers that run along our spine. Each week we will focus on each one of the chakras and travel up from root to crown. We will move through yoga poses intentionally chosen to open and create balance in each energy center. No experience necessary, modifications will be offered, and all levels are welcome.

GENTLE VINYASA/SLOW FLOW YOGA
Mental and physical health are connected, and should be conditioned together. The gentle vinyasa class links breath and movement at a slower pace, to allow for improved focus and concentration, and help students regain control of their body and mind.
This powerful class moves fluidly from one posture to the next linking breath to movement while building heat within the body. Expect a purposeful, challenging flow as well as a core focus to create intensity, and tap into inner strength. This class moves more swiftly than gentle vinyasa, but is accessible to all levels of practitioners.
In a world all about doing, going, and moving, we need to build in the time to slow down and pause. Restorative yoga is an amazing compliment to anyone who is physically active. In this class we use props, i.e. blocks, bolsters, blankets, pillows. This creates space for the body and mind to release tension.
Bringing the world of yoga and fitness together to create a practice around building strength through mindful movements incorporating hand weights. This class challenges the body and the mind as we push past our limits to tap into our power from within.
